Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro

This review is about a month late (my bad) I came to this hotel Valentine's weekend. My experience was amazing from the moment I was greeted. I don't remember the two ladies names at the front desk but they were excellent! The hotel was spotless, smelled great, loved the decor and spacious rooms. The area of the hotel I was placed on (facing Wendover) was quiet. Two things I would change is the size of the showers and no microwaves in rooms. 8/10 recommend!

This hotel is, without question, the best in Greensboro. I’ve been here for a week and a half, and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcome, and truly at home—something that is very rare in a hotel stay. The management team deserves special recognition. Ashley has been incredible—professional, attentive, and always making sure guests are taken care of. Alvin has also gone out of his way to ensure everything feels smooth and comfortable. Johnny from maintenance stands out as phenomenal; he has been consistently kind, helpful, and respectful, and he deserves to be recognized for the way he treats guests. Amy has been wonderful, and I also want to acknowledge the entire front desk team across all shifts, even if I don’t know all their names. Their effort, friendliness, and hard work have made a huge impact on my stay. The housekeeping and hospitality teams have been equally amazing. My room has been kept spotless and welcoming every single day, which makes all the difference when you’re away from home for an extended period of time. What makes this hotel truly unique is the atmosphere. The courtyard setup and balcony doors give it more of an apartment or community feel rather than just another hotel. It’s so comfortable that at times I felt like I was living in an episode of Beverly Hills 90210—relaxed, at ease, and happy. That kind of environment doesn’t just happen—it’s created by the care and dedication of the staff. To the entire team: thank you for your kindness, your hard work, and your genuine hospitality. You’ve made this stay unforgettable, and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Greensboro

I had some problems with room that were unavoidable just due to the age of the hotel. However, Monica, the service agent at the desk was so kind through everything that I presented to her. she made my stay very welcoming. I will definitely come back, but only if she is there. Kudos to Monica keep doing what you were doing because you are making the guest feel very much so at home. thank you for all that you did. She made my stay worth while!

My overall stay at the hotel was pretty good. Service was great, the room was alright but I’m not a big fan of traffic in the area. During rush hours it can be hard to get to the hotel due to its location. Bonus point for having a Starbucks inside the hotel and TVs in the lobby to watch any sport events

We checked in for the weekend to attend a wedding. Found out we booked the wrong Courtyard and management was willing to waive the cancellation fee so we could be closer to our family. Room was very clean as was the lobby. Terrific service from all staff and we’d recommend this hotel to friends/family next time we’re in town.

This is a great location. It is right off of interstate 40 and there plenty of shopping and resteraunt options. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating. I had a problem in my room and front desk staff immediately had maint. staff make the necessary repairs.

Stayed the night to visit friends. It’s convenient everything is near by. We checked in after 3:30pm but none of the weren’t ready because guest were checking out late due to Hurricane Helene its what they told us. We just wanted to drop our luggage to the room so we don’t have to haul it everywhere we go. Anyway, rooms seemed clean bed was definitely comfortable. Pillows need replaced too worn out. It seems like all hotels always have worn out pillows from my experience.

Went to GAA Car Auction and Courtyard was 6 minutes away. Walking short distance to Starbucks, Applebee's, Golden Corral and Cracker Barrel,and did not have to cross the highway. Clean rooms, enjoyable. Thanks.
